About Joe Borenstein

Joe Borenstein is a full-time powerlifting coach based in Orlando, FL. As an elite lifter, he owns multiple records – including the first ever tested 83 kg total over 900 kg, and in 2025 he won Open Worlds in the 83 kg class, securing his invite to Sheffield.

Armed with a Kinesiology degree from the University of Central Florida, Joe launched Pound 4 Pound Coaching in 2022. His mission is to blend science-backed programming with unmatched communication so every athlete understands why they train the way they do.

Known for building genuine relationships, Joe keeps lifters laser-focused on progress while cultivating lasting confidence on and off the platform.
